第九条 工作安全与劳动纪律
(一) 甲方应防止因乙方不履行劳动义务或违反劳动纪律而造成的工作事故或自然灾害，并及时采取有效措施抢修或救灾。
(二) 发生突发的事故或自然灾害，需要立即组织救援和处理。工作满一年后需进行临时调动或机构调整，由甲方依法重新任命、调动、调换订立没有一定期限的劳动合同职工的工作；因上级主管机关决定关闭停产、转产等情况，甲方严重亏损或关闭、停产、转产确实无法履行劳动合同的规定，则视为改订没有固定期限的劳动合同。
第十条 教育与培训
甲方应加强对乙方进行思想政治教育、遵纪守法教育、安全生产教育和职业技能教育培训。根据工作和生产的需要进行业务、职业技术培训。
第十二条 违约责任
(一) 甲方无故辞退乙方，除应发给的辞退补助费外，应偿付给乙方违约金__元。
(二) 甲方违反劳动安全和劳动保护规定，以致发生事故，损害乙方利益的，应补偿乙方的损失。
(三) 乙方擅自解除合同，应赔偿甲方为其支付的职业技术培训费，并偿付给甲方违约金__元。
第十三条 其他事项
(一) 协议未尽事宜，双方可以协商解决；
(二) 如因甲乙双方无法协商而导致的争议，由甲方承担全部责任和赔偿责任；
(三) 本合同在任何一方变更的情况下无效，自双方再次协商一致时生效。
第十四条 合同期满后
甲、乙双方应共同遵守，可以续订合同。
